Delane started her career in the insurance industry in 1986 with an agency in North Carolina. She held various positions from Customer Service Agent and Account Manager to Personal Lines Manger. Delane moved to Virginia in 1996 and began working for a prominent agency in Virginia Beach. In 1999, Delane was recognized for her professional customer service style and insurance knowledge, and was asked to apply these skills to Commercial Lines. She has serviced many commercial clients from varying industries including contractors, manufacturers, large retailers, and non-profit organizations. In her spare time, Delane enjoys gardening, travel, and music of all types.
Delane resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia with her husband, Joe, and their dog, Lucas.
